Because many of our items are personalized and custom-made, please carefully review all customization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer during checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to find the best possible solution, including replacement or refund when appropriate.
Please note that personalized items may not qualify for full refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
